This role involves close collaboration with OTE team to ensure seamless planning and implementation of training initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Training Program Management:\n * Oversee the execution of training programs planned by the OTE team.\n * Utilize the SABA tool for managing learning content, tracking progress, and reporting.\n * Coordinate with various function domain owners to ensure training schedules are adhered to.\n * ServiceNow Administration:\n * Manage training-related requests and tickets through ServiceNow.\n * Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLAs and provide support to end-users.\n * Project Management:\n * Plan, execute, and monitor training projects to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.\n * Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.\n * Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.\n * Communication and Collaboration:\n * Maintain effective communication with the OTE team and other stakeholders.\n * Provide regular updates on training program status and any issues encountered.\n * Facilitate meetings and discussions to align training objectives with organizational goals.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Education and Experience:\n * Bachelor\u2019s / Master\u2019s degree in a related field.\n * 3-5 yrs of experience in Learning program management\n * Experience with Learning Management system (LMS) and Case management -preferably SABA and ServiceNow tools.\n * Proven track record in project management and training program execution\n * Skills:\n * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.\n * Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.\n * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n * Excel knowledge skills (Vlookup, Pivots, charts etc)\n\n\n\nPersonal Attributes:\n\n * Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.\n * Strong execution skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.\n * Customer Oriented \u0026 Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.\n\n\n\nApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
