We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Specialist – Data Science & Python who can design, deliver, and scale high-impact learning programs for professionals and organizations. The ideal candidate is an expert Python practitioner and Data Science trainer with strong experience conducting corporate training programs and working as a freelance trainer or consultant. This role requires someone who can translate complex technical concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences for diverse audiences ranging from beginners to experienced professionals.

As a Learning Specialist, you will play a critical role in building industry-relevant learning content, delivering live training sessions, and helping professionals develop real-world data science capabilities. You should be comfortable working in dynamic learning environments and adapting training methodologies based on learner needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in Python, Data Science, and related technologies for corporate clients and professional learners.
• Conduct engaging live training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps in both virtual and in-person formats.
• Develop structured learning paths, curriculum, assignments, and assessments focused on practical application of data science techniques using Python.
• Simplify complex topics such as data analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and statistical modeling for diverse audiences.
• Work closely with organizations to understand skill gaps and create customized corporate training solutions.
• Mentor learners through hands-on projects, real-world case studies, and industry use cases.
• Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest advancements in data science tools, libraries, and best practices.
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve training delivery models, learning content, and training effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of reusable training assets such as labs, datasets, and project-based learning modules.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong programming proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with data science libraries and tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and related frameworks.
• Ability to teach concepts such as data analysis, machine learning basics, data visualization, and statistical techniques.
• Proven experience delivering corporate training programs for technical or non-technical professionals.
• Experience working as a freelance trainer, consultant, or instructor is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong curriculum development and instructional design capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into practical, hands-on learning experiences.
• Comfortable working with learners across different experience levels and industries.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–15 years of professional experience in Data Science, Python development, or technical training.
• Prior experience delivering enterprise or corporate learning programs.
• Experience creating project-based learning environments and industry-relevant case studies.
• Exposure to modern data platforms, cloud tools, or analytics ecosystems is a plus.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and building learning communities.
