Under the guidance of the Talent Development Leads and Partners, the specialist provides support to individuals, teams, functions and specific geographies where appropriate, with the overall aim of delivering against the companies globally agreed goals and metrics. \n\nAlong the way, you will get to:\n\n * Deliver all necessary courses in line with business needs including induction, sales, systems, and technology training. \n\n\n * Use appropriate delivery style and medium to support and enhance the effectiveness of the training message. \n\n\n * Adapt material and sessions according to the audience experience and expectations. \n\n\n * Tailor communication style to meet the needs of all delegates. \n\n\n\n * Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
