Job Responsibilities

Reporting To: Leasing Manager / Deputy Manager
Industry: Real Estate (Developer side – Commercial / Corporate Leasing)

About the Role

As a Commercial Leasing Executive, you will support the leasing team in managing client interactions, documentation, and coordination for commercial spaces across Panchshil’s portfolio. You’ll play a key role in tenant engagement, data management, and deal tracking to ensure smooth and efficient leasing operations.

What You Will Do

• Assist in tenant prospecting, client coordination, and site visits.


• Support in lease negotiation documentation and follow-up.


• Maintain leasing trackers, market intelligence reports, and CRM data.


• Coordinate with internal teams for fit-out handovers and issue resolution.


• Prepare and circulate MIS reports and dashboards.


• Liaise with IPCs, brokers, and consultants for lead generation.

What You Bring

• 2–6 years of experience in commercial leasing, sales, or property coordination.


• Knowledge of leasing processes, documentation, and legal basics.


• Strong communication, analytical, and Excel / PowerPoint skills.


• Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
