Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day asset management and leasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data in the designated system.

• Process and post lease-related journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.

• Perform monthly closing activities related to leases, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.

• Prepare and analyze lease-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with relevant lease accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16/ASC 842).

• Collaborate with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary lease information.

• Assist with audits and provide documentation as required.

• Prior experience of working on SAP S4/ECC or a large ERP platform

• Experience range 2-4 Years
• Graduation / Post Graduation in Finance

Skills Required:

● Financial Accounting knowledge - Weighting 50%

● Account Reconciliations - Weighting 20%

● Working in an ERP environment- Weighting 20%

● Communication skills - Weighting 10%
