Leasing Manager

About the Opportunity
- The Leasing Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of the leasing process for commercial properties, including all required paperwork, for Marvel Properties.
- This role is critical for driving rental operations, tenant acquisition, and lease execution within commercial spaces such as malls, co-working spaces, and business centers.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee rental operations of the commercial space
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Identify appropriate brands to fit in the retailer mix at the mall
- Negotiate and close lease agreements with international and domestic brands
- Communicate the terms & conditions of leasing out the space, providing complete commercial details
- Execute the procedure of handover and takeover
- Efficiently handle the due diligence and legalities of the transaction
- Generate MIS reports
- Perform any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- A Graduate / Post Graduate in any field
- 6 – 8 years of proven experience in commercial real estate leasing (especially IT / BT), co-working spaces, business centers
- Smart and agile with a good temperament
- Good communication and interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and think out of the box to achieve set goals
- Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible
