Job Description - Lecturer - Hospitality

We are seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and industry -oriented faculty members to join our academic team. The ideal candidates should possess strong subject expertise, practical industry exposure, and the ability to deliver engaging learning experiences to students.

Deliver lectures and practical sessions for Housekeeping and related hospitality subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.
Provide industry -oriented training and mentorship to students.
Conduct classroom activities, demonstrations, and workshops.
Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and practical assessments.
Support students in internships, placements, and career guidance.
Participate in curriculum development and academic activities.
Maintain discipline and professional standards within the classroom and practical labs.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed 5 -star hotel, preferably in the Housekeeping department.

Prior teaching/training experience will be considered an added advantage.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Sound knowledge of housekeeping operations, hospitality standards, and guest service practices.

Ability to connect academic concepts with real -world industry practices.
