Legal & Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities -

Ensure compliance with import/export laws, DGFT regulations, customs requirements, and trade policies.

• Manage Advance Authorisations, EPCG schemes, and other export incentive structures.
  
• - Handle FEMA compliances including inbound and outbound foreign exchange transactions.
  
• Manage Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) structures, approvals, filings, and RBI reporting.
  
• - Oversee IPO -related legal and regulatory compliances, including SEBI regulations and stock exchange requirements.
  
• - Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, regulators, and statutory authorities.
  
• - Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
  
• - Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, corporate governance norms, and statutory filings.
  
• - Identify regulatory risks and develop mitigation frameworks and internal SOPs.
  
• - Track regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation across the organisation.
