Legal Associate

Responsibilities:\-

• Assisting with the drafting of legal documents, such as memos, briefs, contracts, and letters
  




• Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements, ensuring legal clarity and enforceability.
  




• Conduct legal research on regulatory frameworks including FDA guidelines, cosmetic labelling norms, and advertising laws for the BPC industry.
  




• Support compliance efforts related to Intellectual Property, trademarks, and e\-commerce regulations.
  




• Providing general administrative support to the legal team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
  

• Assisting with compliance\-related tasks, reviewing policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  

Requirements

         Required Qualifications  :\- 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
  




• 1–4 years of legal experience in a corporate environment or law firm.
  




• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  




• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  




• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and time\-management skills.
  




• Ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams.
