Requirements

●      

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university/institution.
  


• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in legal work, preferably with experience in contract review and management.
  


• Experience in legal review, drafting, negotiation and end-to-end execution of contracts.
  


• Clear understanding of contract law and other applicable laws and legal principles.
  


• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage legal documentation and multiple requirements.
  


• Ability to independently track contracts and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution and closure of the end-to-end contract process.
