Legal Associate (GST Firm)

We are seeking a Legal Associate with expertise in taxation laws to handle GST litigation, drafting, and regulatory compliance matters.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Drafting replies to GST notices and show cause notices
• Preparing appeals before appellate authorities
• Assisting in representation before GST authorities
• Legal research on GST case laws and amendments
• Drafting agreements and contracts from compliance perspective
• Supporting compliance team in handling legal risks
• Coordinating with consultants and external counsels

📚 Qualifications

• LL.B. (mandatory)
• Experience in taxation/GST litigation preferred
• Strong legal drafting skills

💻 Skills

• Excellent legal research ability
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of GST Act, Rules, and procedures
