Legal Consultant

We are seeking
detail -oriented Legal Consultants to join our team on a contract basis for 2–3
months. The role is suitable for professionals with hands -on experience in
Document Review (DR) or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

• Review legal and litigation -related
  documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Work on DR and CLM projects across
  multiple industries and clients.
  
• Analyze documents as per review
  protocols and project guidelines.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and ownership
  of assigned tasks.
  
• Support legal operations and project
  execution in a fast -paced environment.
  

What you bring to the
table

• Minimum 3 months of experience in DR
  or CLM projects.
  
• Understanding of PII, HIPAA, DSAR,
  contracts, and legal documentation processes.
  
• LLB is mandatory; LLM will be an added
  advantage.
  

Technically sound in

• Experience using Discovery database
  platforms and document review tools like Relativity, Brainspace, Nuix, etc.
  
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite of
  applications
