Requirements
We are seeking individuals who demonstrate exceptional skills and are passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, Business Agreements, and other essential contracts.
2. Ensure that all contractual terms align with the company's interests and comply with applicable laws.
3. Maintain and update standard contract templates to reflect evolving legal standards and business needs.
4. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
5. Conduct thorough legal research to address issues arising from existing or prospective contracts, business arrangements, or legal matters.
6. Provide insightful analysis of legal risks, implications, and opportunities to clients and senior legal team members.
7. Keep track of regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations and provide timely updates and recommendations on regulatory compliance and business adaptation.
8. Assist in developing and implementing internal legal policies and procedures that align with business operations and regulatory compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
• A law degree (LL. B or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands -on experience in legal drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and Business Agreements.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial agreements, contract law, and dispute resolution.
• Exceptional drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and external parties.
• Familiarity with legal research tools.
• Ability to provide practical legal advice and solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Personal Attributes:
