1. To read and write Kannada

2. Knowledge of Legal documents

3. Legal due diligence and Title report

4. Drafting knowledge who can do drafting independently sale deed, agreement, Joint Development agreement, LOI, Supplementary deed Etc

5. Letter drafting to authorities like BDA, BBMP, BMRDA, Police Department etc.
