Legal Executive

At Seekho, we move fast — launching partnerships, expanding centres, and building new learning experiences. The Legal team ensures that everything we scale is backed by strong, well-structured agreements.
We’re looking for an Executive – Legal who can work closely with business teams to support partnerships, manage contracts, and help mitigate legal risks while enabling the company to move quickly.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating commercial contracts including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, MSAs, franchise agreements, SOWs, subscription and collaboration agreements
• Support vendor onboarding, commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and risk mitigation
• Assist in identifying legal, regulatory, and operational risks in business partnerships and franchise models
• Work cross-functionally with business and operations teams to ensure contracts are clear, compliant, and commercially sound
• Maintain contract trackers and support legal documentation processes

• LL.B / BA LL.B from a recognized university
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (in-house experience preferred)
• Working knowledge of contract drafting and review
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work closely with business teams in a fast-paced environment
