Job Description - Legal Officer

Drafting and vetting of Non -Disclosure Agreements, Software License

Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Statement

of Works and other related legal documents to be executed with

customers and vendors of the Company.

â Liasoning and negotiating with internal teams as well as customers and

vendors in relation to execution of contracts.

â Standardize and update existing contract templates to suit the business

requirements of the Company.

â Keeping track of contract renewals and maintain and update contract

databases of the Company.

â Contribute to the legal function of the Company in general and assist with

other related responsibilities.

â Assist in legal compliance tasks on need basis, with the help of the

Company Secretary and compliance team of the Company.

Requirements

â Must have experience in drafting and negotiation of Agreements as listed

above. Experience in a software/SaaS company will be an advantage.

â Excellent drafting skills and command over English language is a must.

â Accuracy with speed

â Proficiency in MS Office

â Proven skills in communicating and negotiating effectively in legal matters.
