Process government and commercial invoices according to established client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Help manage Medicaid mailbox, including responding to inquiries and request from customers.

Send supporting documentation to government and commercial customers. Download Medicaid invoices from respective State portals in a timely manner.

Support ongoing internal software product testing initiatives.

High analytical skills (preferred),

Ability to work with large datasets (required),

Skilled in managing multiple client assignments (preferred),

Effective at managing time and meeting statutory deadlines (required),

Excellent organizational skills (preferred),

Ability to adapt to new technologies (preferred),

Ability to work in Microsoft Excel and Word (required),

Ability to produce high level deliverables (preferred).
