Line Producer

About the Role

We make perfume people can actually smell all day — and we
make content that people actually stop scrolling for. Now we need someone to
make sure every shoot happens, on budget, on time, every single month.

As Line Producer at MYOP, you own the production engine behind
our social media content. You plan it, budget it, schedule it, and make sure it
gets done — whether we're shooting in a Calicut store or on location somewhere
across India. You're not just supporting a team. You are the team's backbone.

This is a hands -on, high -ownership role built for someone who
thrives in a fast -moving, lean environment. If your comfort zone is
spreadsheets, vendor calls, and tight timelines — you'll feel right at home.

Requirements

What You'll Own

•      Plan and manage the full monthly production calendar —
from brief to final delivery

•      Build and track the monthly shoot budget (₹3L/month),
ensuring every rupee is accounted for

•      Schedule shoot days, create call sheets, and coordinate
all logistics — crew, talent, gear, locations

•      Source and manage a reliable network of freelancers:
DPs, editors, makeup artists, stylists

•      Negotiate vendor rates, rentals, and location fees to
keep costs lean without compromising quality

•      Coordinate travel and logistics for outstation shoots
across India

•      Liaise between the creative/brand team and production
crew — bridging ideas and feasibility

•      Manage post -production handoff: brief editors, track
delivery timelines, ensure correct format outputs (Reels, Shorts, Statics)

•      Troubleshoot day -of problems: cancellations, no -shows,
equipment failures — fast and without drama

•      Maintain shoot logs, expense reports, and vendor
records monthly

Technical Skills We
Need

  Soft Skills 

•      You've produced social media or digital content before
— you know the pace and what it demands

•      You've managed budgets under ₹5L and made them stretch
further than they should

•      You have an existing network of freelance crew and
vendors you can call at short notice

•      You've coordinated shoots in multiple cities and
handled the logistics without losing your cool

•      You treat every shoot day like it matters — because at
MYOP, it does

•      You're comfortable saying 'that's not feasible' and
coming back with a better idea
