â NPD – APQP / PPAP / FMEA / MSA / SPC

â Quality Training & Quality Circle

â 7 QC Tools

â Poka -Yoke & Kaizen

â CMM Knowledge

â Customer Requirement Handling

â Risk Analysis & Customer Complaint Handling

â Root Cause Analysis

â Supplier QA / Vendor QA

â Inward Inspection

â Casting & Forging Machining Process Knowledge

â Process Audit, Dock Audit, Layout Inspection & Product Audit

â Internal Auditor knowledge – IATF / ISO / EHS
