Linux Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure:

Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud environments using AWS, DigitalOcean, Linode, and LiquidWeb.
Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-effectiveness.

Server Administration:

Configure and maintain servers running RHEL, Ubuntu, and CentOS.
Manage WHM, CPanel, and web server technologies such as Apache and Nginx.
Set up and manage proxies for secure and optimized traffic flow.

Database Management:

Administer and optimize databases, including MySQL, PgSQL, and MongoDB.

DevOps and CI/CD:

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Automate deployment processes and ensure seamless delivery of updates.

Programming and Scripting:

Develop and maintain scripts or tools using PHP, Node.js, and Python for system and application management.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

Monitor system performance and resolve any infrastructure issues proactively.
Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and experience in cloud platforms: AWS, DigitalOcean, Linode, and LiquidWeb.
Expertise in server operating systems: RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS.
Proficiency in web server configuration: Apache, Nginx, and proxies.
Hands-on experience with database systems: MySQL, PgSQL, MongoDB.
Proficiency in DevOps tools: Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages: PHP, Node.js, and Python.
Solid understanding of WHM and CPanel for hosting management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on system performance optimization.
