The responsibilities include triaging stability issues, debugging using tools like gdb and T32, and working on Linux Kernel and platform stability. The role also requires working with memory regions, interrupts, and understanding Android high-level architecture\n\nOver all Exp: 8 to 12 yr\n\nWork Loc: HYD\n\nSkills/Experience:\n\n * 2-6 years of embedded systems industry experience.\n * Competency in the \u0027C\u0027 programming language.\n * Ability to use a debugger (gdb, T32) for operations like setting breakpoints, examining variable values, memory, and registers.\n * In-depth knowledge of the Linux Kernel Memory , Scheduler and Drivers\n * Android OS and Build System expertise\n * Familiarity with scripting languages like Perl and Python.\n * Good written and verbal communication skills\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Linux Platform and Kernel Stability Engineering.\n * Customer Engineering.\n * Debugging multi-tasking code.\n * Developing code to run under an RTOS and using semaphores, mutexes, queues, and IPC.\n * Writing secure code and following coding guidelines\n\n\n\nEducation Requirements:\n\n * BE/ME/BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Electronics \u0026 Communication, or related fields\n\n\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
