## \nCompany:\n\nQualcomm India Private Limited\n\n## Job Area:\n\nEngineering Group, Engineering Group \u003e Software Engineering\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nBootloader development supporting multiple QC chipsets.\n\nSkills/experience:\n\n\u00b7 Knowledge of Boot framework\n\n\u00b7 Familiarity with parallel-processing concepts such as threads, signals, priorities, semaphores, mutexes, race-conditions, deadlocks, etc.\n\n\u00b7 Experience with Qualcomm MSM and AMSS development, ARM architecture and software development\n\n\u00b7 C or C++ programming skills\n\n\u00b7 Understanding of build systems, linkage, and binary formats (e.g., ELF)\n\n\u00b7 Familiarity with Git, Gerrit and/or Perforce\n\n\u00b7 Critical thinking and problem solving skills\n\n\u00b7 Written and verbal communication skills\n\n\u00b7 Ability to function efficiently both independently and in a team environment\n\n\u00b7 Self-motivated, perpetual learner with time-management skills\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\u00b7 Develop and Support Boot loader for multiple QC chipsets\n\n\u00b7 Support various feature development and validations in pre-silicon and post-silicon environment\n\n\u00b7 Work on enhancements in Boot to achieve better performance/portability/Sustainability across chipsets.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nMaster\u0027s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. \n \n\u2022 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.\n\n10+ yrs of relevant experience`\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
