Oberoi Law Chambers is a litigation-centric law firm with an active practice before the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court and various District Courts. We handle a wide range of civil and criminal litigation, offering our clients strategic legal representation and courtroom advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end litigation matters across jurisdictions.

• Coordinate court proceedings, filings, compliance, and procedural timelines.

• Vet pleadings, written submissions, and legal drafts with precision.

• Develop structured case strategies in consultation with senior counsel.

• Manage arguments preparation and assist in framing legal propositions.

• Brief Senior Advocates and coordinate with out-of-jurisdiction counsels.

• Supervise and guide internal litigation teams and external partners.

• Ensure effective case tracking, documentation, and deadline management.

• Maintain structured communication between clients, counsels, and court representatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex litigation.

• Exposure to High Court and multi-jurisdictional matters preferred.

• Strong coordination and case management ability.

• Professional maturity and decision-making capability.
