Loan IQ Application Support

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Loan IQ Application Support professional to provide application and production support for banking and financial services applications. The role will involve supporting the Loan IQ platform, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with business and technical teams, and ensuring system availability and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application and production support for the Loan IQ application.


• Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and scheduled processes.


• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within defined SLAs.


• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.


• Support Loan IQ-related business processes including commercial lending, syndicated loans, loan servicing, settlements, payments, and loan lifecycle management.


• Work closely with business users, operations teams, development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve issues.


• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL.


• Troubleshoot application/interface issues across upstream and downstream systems.


• Monitor and support batch jobs using tools such as Control-M or similar scheduling platforms.


• Prepare incident reports, RCA documentation, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.


• Participate in application releases, patches, testing, deployments, and production implementation activities.


• Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and release management processes.


• Provide production support during critical business periods and participate in an on-call/shift rotation when required.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Loan IQ / LoanIQ application.


• Experience in Application Support / Production Support in banking or financial services.


• Good understanding of Commercial Lending, Corporate Lending, Loan Syndication, or Loan Servicing.


• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.


• Good knowledge of SQL.


• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.


• Experience with batch scheduling tools such as Control-M is preferred.


• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.


• Understanding of ITIL processes.


• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting Loan IQ integrations/interfaces with other banking applications.


• Knowledge of loan lifecycle, settlements, payments, interest calculations, fees, and accounting-related processes.


• Experience working with global banking/financial-services clients.


• Exposure to application monitoring, release management, and production deployments.
