Location Sales Manager-HYP-Construction Equipment (CE)-Retail-Marketing Branches Operations

Job Role:

• Being head of the location need to have skill set to manage large team.


• Should have strong interpersonal relationship and skillset.


• Maintain relationships with manufactures and dealers.   


• Sourcing New Customers.


• Cross sell Banking product to CE new and existing customers. 


• Maintain ownership of customer w.r.t relationship, recovery (documents/overdues) and up gradation of customer status within KMBL/ external (like assisting customer in mobilization of funds, PE, IPO etc.,)


• Should be focused & process oriented.


• Should be willing to travel extensively within the regional territory.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 7 years work experience of handling in all Retail and Strategic/ Corporate customers

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA).

Competencies: 

• Good at Relationship management.


• Well versed with all banking products.


• Good in analyzing the Financials.


• Should be able to deal independently with Risk & other internal operational departments.


• Knowledge of CE Finance and related products for Infrastructure Segment customers
