Job Description - Logistic Process Specialist - CSC



 


 


Mission:


 As Logistics specialist you will support our customer centers globally back-office teams with the execution of standard tasks increasing the efficiency in our operations. With your curious and critical mindset, you help to seek opportunities for improvement.


Roles & Responsibilities:



  1. Assist Customers Centers with error solving on their customer orders.

  2. Assist Customers Centers in the creation of sales orders; Order booking in SAP

  3. Maintain and Develop documentation on supporting processes.

  4. Collaborate with the inside sales team sales hub ensuring the most efficient order flow.

  5. Collaborate closely with the Regional Logistics business process experts and support additional requirements always with the aim of improving operational efficiency.

  6. Provide second level specific application support through the respective ticketing systems.

  7. Structurally help to grow the competence of the Customer Center, supporting the adoption of best practices.

  8. Identify common problem areas and contribute to finding structural process improvements.

  9. Collaborate with the team leader in finding the possibilities for process automations.

  10. Support adaption to modern technologies such as Power BI reporting, SharePoint, RPA and others


Educational Requirements:


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience requirements:



  • Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or related finance/logistics support roles.

  • Experience working in a global or shared services environment is an advantage.

  • Exposure to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives is preferred.  


Knowledge & Skills requirements



  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, or RPA is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash and lositics processes.

  • Ability to analyse problems and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Knowledge of documentation standards and process mapping.
