Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a detail -oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage logistics operations, coordinate supply chain activities, and ensure timely movement of goods while optimizing costs and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
  
• Plan, track, and monitor shipments and transportation schedules
  
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams
  
• Maintain logistics and supply chain documentation, records, and reports
  
• Monitor inventory movement and support demand and supply planning
  
• Resolve logistics issues such as delays, shortages, or damages
  
• Ensure compliance with logistics policies, safety standards, and regulations
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  
• 1 -5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
  
• Strong coordination, planning, and problem -solving skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics tracking systems
  
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is preferred
  
• Good communication and vendor management skills
