Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate environments.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the western suburbs.

Job Description:

• Ensure timely and accurate stock fulfilment and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate the movement and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and minimize risks across the supply chain.
• Monitor inventory levels and raise supply requisitions to maintain product availability.
• Liaise with internal departments, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) agents, and Carrying & Agent (C&A) partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Prepare and manage e-way bills for shipments.
• Maintain records for credit notes and manage stock return data.
• Conduct monthly stock reconciliations for depots.
• Generate invoices for miscellaneous materials and samples, and ensure their dispatch is monitored.
• Perform regular physical vs. system stock verifications.
• Handle all dispatch-related tasks, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
