This profile is for Dahej Sales office ( located outside SEZ) for managing the invoicing and logistic movements for RTI Sales office. This office will be operational in A and B shift.
Role Summary: Assist Logistic Manager in all Phases. Coordinate and supervise all Logistic activities to support customer service department, warehouse, and other key cross-functional partners to solicit customer satisfaction. Effectively Managing the RTI office operation.
Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: -
Preparation of pre-shipment and post-shipment documents related to RTI orders. - Ensure smooth functioning of the RTI office at Dahej. - Coordinate with stakeholders (customer office/quality lab/factory logistics team) for shipment related information. - Effective monitoring, Control and preparation of Post documentation to ensure error free and timely preparation of documents. - courier documents to customer/customer service. - Verify all documents to ensure shipments comply with company policy and customer requirements. - Identify opportunities or improvements and streamline the process and constantly look for opportunities to reduce costs and time in operations. - Carry out any other tasks assigned by superiors. - Prepare post-loading documents as per sales order/CS requests (Invoice/Delivery Note/E-Way Bill/E-Invoice). - Share the complete set of documents with CS within the agreed time limit. - Coordinate with stakeholders and interested parties for smooth operations. - Maintain good housekeeping standards at the RTI office. - Maintain Proper record keeping of documents at RTI office. - Should have knowledge and relevant work experience in Customs related area and matters.
