Logistics Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize inbound and outbound logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely transportation, inventory accuracy, cost -effective logistics management, and smooth coordination between warehouse, production, and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  
• Coordinate transportation, shipping, and delivery schedules.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation for dispatch, GRN, billing, and stock movement.
  
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
  
• Manage transport vendors and negotiate freight rates.
  
• Monitor vehicle movement, fuel consumption, and timely dispatches.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
  
• Resolve logistics issues efficiently and minimize operational disruptions.
  
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for management review.
  
• Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.

Experience Requirements

• Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
