Logistics Network Specialist (m/f/d)

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and eager to make an impact in global logistics operations? We’re looking for a Logistics Network Specialist to support our growing Network team with sourcing, documentation, data management, and internal coordination.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding and maintaining our global service center network - from helping prepare RFQs and onboarding new partners, to compiling network performance data and supporting internal projects. It’s a dynamic, cross-functional position ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supply chain operations.

What You'll Do:

• Administrative and Backend Support:
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Network team.
• Process data accurately and efficiently through the company’s IT systems.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, presentations, and reports relevant to the network and supplier base.
• RFQ & RFI Support:
• Prepare and coordinate Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for various station types (e.g., service centers, drop-off points, consignment stocks).
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze data required for RFQ and RFI processes.
• Support documentation and timeline tracking for all sourcing events.
• Service Center Partner Sourcing:
• Assist the team in identifying and sourcing new service center partners globally.
• Conduct initial research and compile supplier profiles based on operational requirements and regional needs.
• Help prepare minimum requirement documents and onboarding materials for potential partners.
• Data Management and Analysis:
• Compile and organize key data related to station performance, capacity, and throughput.
• Support internal analysis to identify potential bottlenecks or ramp-up/down opportunities within the global network.
• Help track and update service center network information in relevant systems or databases.
• Internal Coordination:
• Collaborate with the Supplier & Procurement Manager and other internal stakeholders to align network expansion activities with company objectives.
• Support in the preparation and coordination of internal meetings, including QBRs and project status updates.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in logistics, procurement, or network operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with large sets of data and system-based tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with procurement tools is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
