Job Description - Logistics Operations Analyst (JL2A)

We are looking for dynamic and detail -oriented professionals for the role of Logistics Operations Analyst.

? Location: Bangalore

? Walk -in Interview Date: 2nd April 2026

â° Timing: From 10:00 AM onwards

? Notice Period: Immediate to Maximum 15 Days

Job Level: JL2A – Analyst

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in Logistics Operations

• Prior exposure to the Petrochemicals industry will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Outbound and Inbound Deliveries

• Handle Shipping Documentation and Shipping Instructions

• Support Inventory Management and Replenishment Activities

• Track Transportation and Shipment Status

• Audit Carrier Invoices

• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Hands -on experience in logistics and transportation processes

• Proficiency in SAP for logistics/transportation operations

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)

• Comfortable working from office on all working days
