We're looking for a Logistics Supervisor who owns the last mile — someone who knows the courier ecosystem inside out, keeps shipments moving on time, and builds processes that scale as order volumes grow. You'll be the person who ensures every shipment, whether B2B or B2C, domestic or international, reaches its destination on time, at the right cost, through the right partner.

What You'll DoShipment Delivery & Route Planning

• 
  

  Ensure shipments are delivered on time, every time

  
  


• 
  

  Plan routes and set up processes across multiple modes — courier partners, bikers, and third-party options like Porter — to guarantee timely delivery

  
  

Courier Partner Management

• 
  

  Identify cost-effective logistics partners and negotiate contracts and rates

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluate courier partner performance periodically and decide whether to continue or replace

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain credible working relationships with leading courier companies

  
  

Process & Systems Ownership

• 
  

  Set up stable, scalable courier and logistics management processes

  
  


• 
  

  Drive internal process improvements — for example, building a seamless way to receive and process pickup/drop requests from internal operations, vendors, and customers

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and implement automation solutions with courier partners

  
  

Issue Resolution & RTO Management

• 
  

  Respond to internal and external issues or complaints within the decided TAT

  
  


• 
  

  Analyse and manage RTO (Return to Origin) shipments to keep losses in check

  
  

You Are a Great Fit If You Have

• 
  

  3+ years of experience handling logistics, especially couriers, in an e-commerce company

  
  


• 
  

  Complete knowledge of routes, courier company workflows, and credible contacts with leading courier partners

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with both B2B and B2C courier handling

  
  


• 
  

  Strong team management skills, having led or coordinated with ground and coordination staff

  
  

Skills We Look For

• 
  

  E-commerce logistics handling experience (mandatory)

  
  


• 
  

  International shipments experience

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced Excel user

  
  


• 
  

  Working knowledge of possible automation solutions with courier partners

  
  


• 
  

  Extremely good communication skills

  
  

Bonus Points (Not Mandatory)

• 
  

  Experience working with a bootstrapped or fast-scaling company handling high daily order volumes

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to negotiating rate cards directly with national courier partners
