Logistics Team Lead

Role Overview

The Logistics Lead will oversee the end-to-end logistics, supply chain, and inventory operations for Dermatouch. This role involves managing warehouse activities, coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, optimizing inventory flow, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and retail partners. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and has strong leadership and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
  

• Coordinate with warehouse teams, distributors, and courier partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across channels (D2C, marketplaces, retail).
  

• Ensure smooth coordination with production and procurement teams for stock planning.
  

• Evaluate and onboard 3PL partners; negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  

• Track logistics KPIs (TAT, damages, delivery accuracy, etc.) and report performance to management.
  

• Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining service quality.
  

• Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, and other logistics documentation.
  

• Manage reverse logistics and return processes effectively.
  

• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in ERP systems.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  

• 4-5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or e-commerce.
  

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, 3PL management, and shipping processes.
  

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/logistics management tools.
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
