The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted point of contact, representing our brand with professionalism and empathy while contributing to the overall success of our customer service operations.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for improved engagement and satisfaction.
Document and track client interactions, feedback, and service requests in the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Local candidate from Darya Ganj, Delhi, preferred.
