Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Pre -School Teacher to play a pivotal role in shaping the early learning experiences of young children in our vibrant preschool community. This position is essential for fostering a nurturing, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. The Lead Pre -School Teacher will oversee curriculum implementation, mentor junior teaching staff, and collaborate with parents and administrators to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational journey. With 4+ years of experience in early childhood education, this individual will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of teaching excellence and promoting a culture of curiosity, creativity, and compassion.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging, age -appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood development milestones.
Lead daily classroom activities that promote exploration, creativity, and foundational learning skills.
Mentor and support junior teachers through observations, feedback, and professional development initiatives.
Collaborate with parents to share progress updates, address concerns, and encourage home -school collaboration.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
Participate in curriculum reviews, staff meetings, and school -wide initiatives to enhance educational quality.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a preschool teacher.
Strong understanding of child development stages and play -based learning methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching and documentation.
