Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail -oriented Pharmacist to join our team in Thane – Manpada. This role is vital in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications while providing expert guidance to patients. The Pharmacist will play a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, supporting patient care, and contributing to the overall operational excellence of the pharmacy. With a strong focus on patient safety and service, this position offers a rewarding opportunity for a qualified professional to make a meaningful impact in a community -focused setting.

Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescribed medications and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
Provide expert advice to patients on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
Maintain up -to -date knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with state pharmacy laws, licensing requirements, and quality standards.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages.
Support clinical services such as medication counseling, health screenings, and wellness programs.
Foster a patient -first environment through clear communication, empathy, and professionalism

Requirements

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.
Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in the respective state.
3–4 years of hands -on experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient -first approach.
Preference given to female candidates.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
