Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tellecaller to join our team in Darya Ganj, Delhi. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication between our organization and clients, particularly in the context of financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience with Tally to support data accuracy, client follow-ups, and operational efficiency. This position offers a valuable opportunity for a local professional to contribute to a dynamic team while growing their career in a client-facing, administrative capacity.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, updates, and service verification.
Accurately record client interactions and update records in Tally and internal databases.
Assist in resolving client queries related to billing, payments, and account details.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client communications.
Collaborate with the finance and operations team to ensure timely data synchronization.
Ensure compliance with internal protocols and data privacy standards

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with Tally (preferably Tally Prime or Tally.ERP 9).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
Preference given to candidates residing in or near Darya Ganj, Delhi.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid operations.
