The teacher will design and deliver engaging, curriculum -aligned lessons that promote reading comprehension, written expression, oral fluency, and literary appreciation. Responsibilities:

Design and deliver structured, student -centered English lessons aligned with the curriculum for middle school students
Utilize diverse teaching strategies such as discussions, debates, creative writing, literature circles, and multimedia resources to enhance language learning
Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations and provide timely, constructive feedback
Support the development of reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through targeted instruction and individualized guidance
Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages active participation and academic confidence
Collaborate with teaching staff to align instructional goals, share resources, and support interdisciplinary learning
Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents via reports, meetings, or digital platforms
Prepare and organize instructional materials, classroom displays, and learning aids to support effective teaching

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English (BA English) or equivalent
2–4 years of teaching experience in middle school or secondary education
Strong command of spoken and written English, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis
Proven ability to deliver engaging, interactive, and differentiated instruction to diverse learners
Solid understanding of middle school pedagogy, curriculum standards, and assessment practices
Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
Passion for fostering student growth, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for language and literature
