You will be part of the Qualcomm AI Software team and develop low power AI accelerator runtime software for Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nThe candidate will be expected to work with a team of engineers to design, implement and integrate ML framework for Qualcomm\u0027s Low power ML accelerator.\n\nDesign, implement, integrate, and test kernels for ML operators for HW accelerator. \nCreate test framework for validating end-end ML Software and ML Model performance \nWork closely with other R\u0026D and Systems team for ML model optimizations and system integration, use case testing and commercialization support\n\nRequirements:\n\nStrong programming skills in C/C++, Python\n\nExpertise in developing and debugging software on embedded platforms\n\nKnowledge of ML operators such as Transformers, LSTM, GRUs..\n\nKnowledge of software design patterns and multi-threaded programming, Eg POSIX or PTHREADS\n\nKnowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, data structures, and basic algorithms\n\nknowledge of fixed point coding\n\nKnowledge of any ML frameworks pytorch, tensorflow, ONNX..\n\nKnowledge of Model quantization and compression techiques is a plus\n\nWorking on ML inference optimizations is a plus\n\nExperience working on any AI HW accelerator (NPU) is a plus\n\n\u2022 All Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity on their teams, and in the Company.\n\n\u2022 Proven ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasked environment\n\n\u2022 Self-starter who likes to be challenged and solve tough complex problems\n\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.\n\n\u2022 Quick learner, self-motivated, able to work independently and a Team player.\n\n\u2022 Aspiration for excellence.\n\n\u2022 Working in cross disciplinary, geographically-dispersed teams\n\nEducational Qualification:\n\nBachelor\u0027s/Master\u2019s/PhD degree in Engineering, Electronics and communication, Computer Science or related filed.\n\n\n\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
