Job Description - LTPL.JD.04.33.13 - Manager, Enterprise Sales




We're looking for an experienced Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead our sales efforts in the B2B space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new enterprise clients, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to identify opportunities, build strong relationships with C\-level executives, and demonstrate the value of our sustainability solutions.



Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):



  1. Ability to think strategically, developing sales plans for direct sales to large enterprise accounts that align with assigned business objectives.

  2. Achieve the assigned revenue targets for the assigned product and/or regions.

  3. Interacting with and pitching to CXO positions of large enterprises to secure new business and maintain strong relationships with key decision\-makers.

  4. Account mapping including developing and maintaining executive\-level relationships at target accounts

  5. Working with Logicladder partners where required to acquire Large enterprise customers

  6. Collaborate cross\-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams

  7. Keep CRM and other digital systems update with regular reporting

  8. Analyze sales data and forecasts to optimize sales processes and resources

  9. Stay up\-to\-date on sustainability trends, regulations, and competitors


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is desirable.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions to large enterprises.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C\-level executives.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales in the mid to large enterprises.

  • Analytical skills to analyze sales data, forecasts, and optimize processes

  • Knowledge of sustainability trends, regulations, and competitors

  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas.

  • Effective negotiation with Enterprises to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Strong experience in sales documentation.




Strong Preferred :




  • 2+ years of experience in leading sales teams, with a strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.

  • Familiarity with sustainability concepts, ESG, and net zero emissions goals is desirable.
