We are seeking an experienced Manager, Government Sales to lead our government sales efforts and drive revenue growth for LogicLadder's Sustainability Cloud solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in government sales, a deep understanding of the public sector, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Manager, Government Sales will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with government agencies, and developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Develop and execute a comprehensive government sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and prioritize government agencies and departments with potential for LogicLadder's Sustainability Cloud solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to government agencies.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with government agencies.
Translate opportunities to the tendering process as per the standards laid down by the prospective government organizations.
Collaborate with the product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure successful deployments and client satisfaction
Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
