Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities: As a key member of our AI team, you will build and scale AI agents that power intelligent automation across mavQ’s product suite and customers. You will:

• Design and build scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, integrating embedding models, vector databases, and LLM inference layers for high-accuracy, low-latency applications.
  

• Develop and deploy autonomous, multi-step AI agents and workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc to solve complex problems across text, document, audio, and video domains.
  

• Maintain the ML applications by managing deployment through CI/CD pipelines (Kubernetes), monitoring performance, and iterating on production models based on stakeholder feedback and log analysis.
  

• Innovate and prototype cutting-edge proof-of-concepts of LLMs and Transformer models on both structured and unstructured data
  

• Lead and mentor by conducting technical reviews of AI models, providing feedback, and establishing best practices for optimization within the team.
  

• Collaborate closely with product managers, software developers, and customers to drive the innovation and integration of scalable AI solutions.
  

What you will bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  

• 4-6 years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence and demonstrated successful implementation of industry grade AI solutions in the past, with at least 1+ years hands-on experience on Agentic applications.
