Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Magento 2 Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Magento 2/Adobe Commerce and PHP. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Magento architecture, custom module development, APIs, integrations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 modules and extensions.
  
• Develop scalable backend solutions using PHP 8.x and Magento coding standards.
  
• Work with Dependency Injection, Plugins, Observers, Events, Service Contracts, Repositories, Factories, and Extension Attributes.
  
• Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, including custom queries, mutations, and resolvers.
  
• Optimize MySQL/MariaDB, Magento indexing, caching, Varnish, Redis, and overall application performance.
  
• Perform Magento upgrades, security patches, and Composer dependency management.
  
• Integrate third-party systems such as payment gateways, shipping, ERP, CRM, and marketplaces.
  
• Work with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
  
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.
  

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Magento 2 development experience
  
• Strong PHP 8.x expertise
  
• Strong knowledge of Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce architecture
  
• Experience in custom module and extension development
  
• Strong knowledge of GraphQL & REST APIs
  
• Good experience with MySQL/MariaDB and SQL optimization
  
• Experience with Redis, Varnish, FPC, and Magento Indexers
  
• Strong knowledge of Composer, Git, and Docker
  
• Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
  
• Experience with Magento upgrades and security patches
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  

Certification

Adobe Commerce Developer Certification (current and verifiable) is mandatory.
