About the role :
You’ll lead one or more Analytics PODs to deliver accurate, on-time
marketing performance data across Google & Meta Ads. You’ll triage work,
enforce SLAs, mentor analysts, and ship RCA Data Packs (data-only) fast—
while raising the bar on SQL/Python/R automation, reliability, and stakeholder
communication.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
• Own POD outcomes: triage the queue (Base / Ad-hoc / RCA Data
Pack / Automation), set ETAs, enforce SLAs.
• Lead RCA Data Packs: produce comparatives, movers, and driver
bridges within ≤4 hours of acceptance for data-heavy clients; hand off to
Marketing for narrative/recommendations.
• Drive Marketing strategy and insights to help marketing team
achieve the business goals as set by the clients
• Quality gate: sign-off on accuracy and completeness; run proactive
anomaly detection and issue flags.
• Automation & scale: design/oversee SQL + Python/R workflows
that reduce manual ops and improve run health.
• Stakeholder comms: crisp updates, risks & revised ETAs; weekly
syncs with Marketing POCs.
• Scope control: accept only DoR-ready requests; channel scope
changes into CRs.
What you’ll bring (Requirements)
• 3–5 years in marketing analytics/performance analytics; 2–4
years leading analysts.
• Google Ads & Meta Ads expertise: data models, common KPIs
(CPC/CPM/CVR/CPA/ROAS/AOV), attribution nuances is a must
• Strong SQL (window functions, joins, performance tuning)
and Python or R for analysis/automation.
• BI proficiency (Metabase/Looker/Tableau) and Google Sheets for
stakeholder-friendly outputs.
• Leadership & crisp communication: clear triage, sharp status
updates, decisive escalations.
• Bias to action, high ownership, calm under daily cut-offs.
