Maintenance Engineer - Facility Management

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to manage the preventive and breakdown maintenance of building/facility systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and experience in facility maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and building systems.
  
• Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance issues.
  
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns and ensure timely rectification.
  
• Monitor DG, UPS, HVAC, pumps, motors, panels and other MEP equipment.
  
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors and external service providers.
  
• Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, logs and service records.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs and statutory requirements.
  
• Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance consumables.
  
• Prepare maintenance reports and update management on equipment status.
  
• Support energy-saving and facility improvement initiatives.
