Maintenance Engineer - Textile Recycling

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in Textile Manufacturing, Textile Processing, Fibre Processing, or Textile Waste Recovery Plants to join our growing operations team in Jaipur.

Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Jaipur
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of textile processing and waste recovery machinery.


• Troubleshoot and maintain motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, drives (VFD), control panels, sensors, and electrical systems.


• Monitor machine performance and ensure minimum downtime and high machine availability.


• Maintain maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, machine history, and daily maintenance logs.


• Identify recurring equipment issues and implement root-cause corrective actions.


• Manage critical spare parts, consumables, and maintenance inventory.


• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely maintenance without impacting production.


• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new textile processing/recycling machinery.


• Ensure compliance with plant safety, electrical safety, and maintenance SOPs.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

⭐ Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in:

• Textile Manufacturing / Textile Processing Plants


• Fibre Processing / Fibre Recovery


• Textile Waste Recycling / Recovery


• Spinning, Weaving, Non-Woven, or Garment Processing Units


• Recycling & Material Recovery Plants

Candidates with direct experience in textile plant machinery and maintenance will be highly preferred.

Required Skills

✔ Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
✔ Hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance
✔ Knowledge of motors, VFDs, control panels, sensors, and mechanical systems
✔ Experience in preventive & breakdown maintenance
✔ Ability to work in a production/plant environment
✔ Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
✔ Ability to manage maintenance activities independently
