Job Description - Maintenance Technician Electrical & Plumbing

We are looking for a skilled Electrical & Maintenance Technician to support construction site operations by managing electrical systems, DG sets, and basic plumbing requirements. The role involves hands -on execution, monitoring resource usage, and maintaining operational records.

Requirements

1. ITI with 6 years of experience or HSC with 10 years of experience in the construction industry, and must hold a valid B or C Electrical License.

2. Skilled in maintaining electrical equipment and DG sets.

3. Able to perform wiring and provide power connections for construction work.

4. Should know plumbing works, including pipeline setup for water curing and providing temporary water supply connections for construction activities.

5. Able to maintain daily records of DG running hours, units consumed (DG/EB), diesel usage, and perform checks on oil levels and battery condition.

6. Able to maintain a daily register for water usage, water purchases, and diesel procurement for DG operations.
