Position: Airport Ground Staff Bluespirit, a leading airport company, is currently seeking male and female candidates for the position of Airport Ground Staff at our location in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth functioning of airport operations. Your duties will include but are not limited to: - Welcoming and assisting passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their baggage - Handling flight reservations, ticketing, and boarding procedures - Providing excellent customer service to passengers by addressing their queries and concerns - Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely departures and arrivals - Assisting in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo - Conducting security checks and screening of passengers and their belongings - Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the airport terminal - Adhering to all safety and security protocols and regulations set by the company and regulatory authorities Requirements: - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong customer service orientation - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer knowledge - Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of other languages is a plus) - Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required At Bluespirit, we value diversity and equal opportunities.
