Management Consultant - Learning & Business Solutions

We are looking for a Management Consultant – Learning & Business Solutions to work with clients on understanding business and capability-development needs and translating those needs into practical learning and development solutions.

This is a client-facing consulting role that combines research, problem-solving, solution design, storytelling, presentations, and stakeholder management.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

• Understand client requirements through discussions, research, and stakeholder interactions.
• Identify and structure business, capability, and learning-related challenges.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to develop relevant insights and recommendations.
• Work with internal subject matter experts to develop practical solutions.
• Create compelling presentations, proposals, and solution narratives for clients.
• Present recommendations and solutions to client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales, product, project, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and projects while maintaining timelines and quality.
• Track client requirements, feedback, and outcomes and incorporate learnings into future solutions.
• Support the development of solutions that create measurable business impact.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in HR Consulting, L&D Consulting, Research, Business Consulting, Management Consulting, or a related client-facing consulting environment.
• MBA/PGDM is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Ability to conduct research, interpret information, and turn insights into recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail.
